In content linking

There are two main ways of linking to another page or region from your website or to another website: Through the menu & In content linking.

Let’s take a look at how we can link to another web-page from the content of our website:
In order to link the text to another page, first select the text you want to link, and then click on the link icon. A dropdown with options will appear.

The Options are: External Link; Post or Page; Anchor; Lightbox, Email, Phone Number, Home Page.

The first option is the External Link Chose this option if you want to link to a different website. Just type in the field labelled the link to the website you want to link. Don’t forget to fill in the full url (with http://)
On the right, you can choose “Self” or Blank. If you chose Self, when a user will click the link, the website you linked to will open on the same tab. If you select Blank, the website will open in a new tab.
To finish, confirm by clicking on the right ✓

Select this option when you want to create a link to a page inside your website or to a blog post. When you click on “Post or Page”, a popup will appear, allowing you to select the page/post you want to link to. Just click on the page you want, and then hit OK.

An anchor link is a link on a page that brings you to a specific place on that page. Anchor links can be helpful when you want to bring a website visitor to a specific spot on a page.
